SoftRoots Silver Support Description (Block Hours)
Our Silver Support service plan saves your company money by providing reduced rates for all design and development activities, based solely on the quantity of hours (block hours) purchased. This is in addition to all the supported services the plan offers. Hours are available in blocks of 10, 25, and 50 to suit your anticipated needs and budget. Also, the enhanced support service plan has a higher priority over the Bronze Support service plan. This means that the response time to address your IT needs decreases, while your company's priority increases.
Silver Support services offer a wide-range of features that enable you to effectively utilize the technical resources at SoftRoots to maintain your IT environment. In addition to all the features listed below, SoftRoots' maintenance service plans are designed to be flexible, and can be customized to support the IT services that you may need.

* Reduced rates (20% discount from standard rates) apply to those activities or projects associated with the client's business that involve design & development for software applications, the Web, and/or databases. The specific Maintenance Support Service Plan must be active when the activity/project is initiated, and the plan must remain in force throughout the duration of the activity/project for the discounted rates to apply.
